NEW CD Rom installed and not working

I received a windows error (Code 19) after installing the new drive. The
error said it was a registry error and it cannot operate the drive. Any idea
how to fix the registry error?

Check the above url for information on your problem. This will involve
fooling around in the registry. Be careful! Good luck.
