new button not available in excel form format

The "New" "Delete" and "Restore" buttons are not availalbe in data form from
excel spreadsheet. What am I doing wrong?
 
This is an Access newsgroup. Are you using Access, or Excel? If Excel,
then you should post to an Excel newsgroup.
