New Beta crashes on loading

I installed MSAS on my machines with no problem but on
dad's it seems to load and then restarts the computer
over and over. New install of XP, AOL 9.0 SE and using
AOL's antipyware and Virus scan. Just installed yesterday.
Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks
