New Bagle Virus Not Too Tasty

The threat level for the W32/BAGLE worm was upgraded this week as it spread
quickly through Europe. This virus is distributed through email and makes it
possible for attackers to upload and run malicious code on computers that
are infected.

It comes as an .exe attachment to an email message with "hi" in the subject
line. If you open the attachment, it will run the next time you log on and
send itself to email addresses that are stored on your hard disk.

To read more about it, including links to instructions on how to get rid of
it, see:

happiness or misery depends upon our dispositions, and not upon our
circumstances.
