new audio card

i bought an audio card and it tells me i have to turn off my onboard audio
from bois,how do i gain accesss to my bios,im running xp in a powerspec 6002

When your computer starts, look for the words "start up". It will
probably be either the F2 key or the del key.

The operating system is immaterial, it has no bearing upon how one
enters the BIOS.
