New Advertisements

I have just signed up to a new Advertiser called Fastclick, and their ads appear on the top of this page. I'd be grateful if you could let me know if anything appears that looks like spyware or something inappropriate. (Nothing like that should, but I dont want spyware/gambling etc... stuff to appear!).

Hmmm, I havent seen those ones yet! I've only seen the ING Direct adverts. I'll filter anything out manually if things keep appearing.
 
ooh this one looks particulary nasty...

Better take a closer look at that one, looks kinda inappropiate!

Not brilliant... "Get free Smilies" - Are you getting payed for this, or is it a "You have mine, ill have yours" ad trador thing?

NIS2004 has blocked them from showing, but there is still a white box up there...........

I don't like the smiley ones personally, they look a bit tacky. The one about the forums was better :) Might be worth having that one back when there are 7000 members (not long to go...)
 
Sorry Ian, i agree with Bex, but if you are getting money to pay for the hosting / vBuliten licence, we can all put up with it!

Naw ... the 'smilie' advert is really Tacky and an insult to good Smilies. :)

hehe, Where did you go - somewhere hot!

Normaly i would think the thermominter got the temperature the wrong way round over here (03)!
 
OK, I've logged into the fastclick panel and unticked the smilie ads now (might take a few hours to take effect). Let me know if anything else crazy comes up ;)
