Who is ASP.NET and why is it an administrator on my Home
XP? Well, no longer as I reduced it to Limited and then
deleted the User altogether.

Any ideas where it came from?

It was created when you install microsofts dotnet
framework from windows update it ts supposed to be there

it's an optional account for asp scripts to use .. if you dont know what asp
is and why it needs a user account .. then delete the account and dont worry
about it
