I am new to the web design and just purchased Sharepoint2007. I have spent
over 12 hours trying to make a simple header and am having problems. There
was no book with the program and all the on-line help has to be searched for
in a jumble of other web pages and additional jargon I have to yet have
another book for. I am now reconsidering e107 as a better way to go even if
it doesn't offer everything I want.

The Microsoft webpage can be confusing, and it has indeed misled you here.
This newsgroup is for the Office Pro database software Microsoft Access - not
for general computer questions.

Please scroll down the list and find a newsgroup for Sharepoint.

LOL, I thought I was in Sharepoint group. There needs to be more specific
divides as all in one with multi-level is too much at once and too little
time to look through.

One thing I would suggest is to get a news reader and use it instead of
the web. Outlook Express comes free with Windows (other than Vista) or
there are many others I use Thunderbird.
