I ran the network setup wizard on my second pc but every time I click on to
veiw workgroup computers I get a error which reads:
Mshome is not accessible. You might not have permisission to use this
network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you
have access permissions.
The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently availble

I am the admin so I am confused
I have had this setup before and it worked find

It sounds like you have a misconfigured firewall. If you know you have
the Windows Firewall (installed with XP Service Pack 2) set to allow
file and printer sharing (Exceptions tab), then make sure you don't
have a third-party firewall installed, including the "Internet Worm
Protection" feature that comes with some antivirus programs like Norton
AV.
