Networking with firewall

I set up a home network. Everything works well except for
that fact when I try to print it will not work with the
firewall option check box chosen in the internet
connection area. All computers print fine when that
option is not checked. I have 2 desktops wired and 2
laptops with wireless on the network. Can someone help me
with this.

Phil,

Are your computers accessing the internet thru the router? If so,
remember that "ICF also protects a single computer connected to the
Internet. If you have a single computer connected to the Internet with
a cable modem, a DSL modem, or a dial-up modem, ICF protects your
Internet connection." IOW, ICF is not for protecting computers not
directly connected to the internet (ie those connected thru a router).
