networking problem

i have 5 computers 3 running win98, 1 win 2000 prof. and 1 xp spII, problem
is xp machine can access all machine but no one can access xp machine. it
asks for username and password, even after logging using admin user name and
password there is no access, pls. help

Is the XP computer running XP Home or Pro? If Pro, is it running Simple or
Classical File Sharing? There is a big difference here.
