Networking/printing problems

I have one PC, one laptop, a wireless printer and a dsl connection. The
printer can also connect through a Ethernet connection.
I have set up this network how it is supposed to be set up, however I can
not print from any of the users on any of the computers. the only time
recently I have been able to print is when I restarted the PC after
reinstalling the printer.
Right now the printer is the only thing that is not connected directly to my
modem/wireless router.
How come I can't print? any ideas?
oh and how come when I can print it is only from administrater accounts and
not limited ones?

You need to give us more information, what kind of a printer, brand,
model, etc

I've got a wired, wireless network that I'm IT for with an
HP100/HP1300 printers on an ethernet connection. All 11 pcs can print
to any of the printers including those that are connected directly to
the PC's in the network.

If the printer is a 'wireless printer' I would think that the printer
dirvers would be installed similiar to any other 'ethernet connected'
printer, IE installed from each PC in the network with the printere
shown as a 'network printer' with an IP..

it's a HP photosmart 2710 all-in-one. Last night I talked with HP and got
the administrator window on my PC to print, however the tech told me that i
haven't given the limited accounts the ablility to use the printer. how do I
work the network so limited windows/users can print?
