Networking in XP

Have XP installed on 2 computers. Printer sahring enabled on Computer A.
Computer B can't find Computer A. In Network Places, Computer B found both
computers. However Computer A's server can't be located. Help.
 
Try sharing a folder on computer A, sometimes (it happens also in other
versions of windows) a folder shared is needed so that both computers see
each other in the network places. Ping is suscessfull without this, but for
network browsing, sharing is sometimes a workaround.
