Hi,
I am on a network running Outlook 2002 and four other
folks are on the same network using Outlook 2000. We
would like to SHARE the SAME contacts lists so that ANY
change that is made by any one of us will instantly be
seen by all others.
We would also like to set up sub-folders under our Inbox
that would allow us to ALL be lookihg at the same e-mails
if we are looking in that folder. Basically, I want to
be allowed to drag an incoming e-mail to one of those
folders and it be accessible by all others on the network.
Does the contacts list and the sub-folders have to be
residnet on a network server ? We have one and it would
be great if we could do this. If so, can anyone give me
some guidance as to where to go to get the necessary
directions to accomplish this.
Our server is backed up every day and this seems like the
most appropriate place to keep all of this information
and just allow all of us to insert, read, delete, etc. to
these items.
Thanks for your help
