the SP2 preloaded and the notebook updated to SP2, I can see the workgroup
(with the same name) but I can not access the share files, I check the all
the computer to have different names, any ideas?

Francisco,

Most likely, you have a misconfigured or overlooked personal firewall, or other
security component. There are several other possibilities though. Read this
article with an open mind.

You might look at "browstat status", "ipconfig /all", "net config server", and
"net config workstation", from each computer, and diagnose the problem. Read
this article, and linked articles, and follow instructions precisely (download
browstat!):

Also, what exact error are you getting for "can not access the share files"?
