networking 2 or more pc's had them now not working

I have had my network with 4 pc's at home for quite some time now. I
recently purchased a new pc for my daughter, and I used network setup
wizard, now I can't access the computers. It is telling me that I need
administrative rights to access. What am I doing wrong??

I had them working in the past with no problems.

My kids could access my hard drive and folders from their computers. I think
this is the neatest thing. They can listen to my music without storing the
songs on their computers. I have 4 hard drives which equal 800 GB of space.
The kids have a mininum of 80 GB.

Please help me!!!!

p.s. the newest computer worked for a day or two before telling me that I
cannot access all of them.

Again Please HELP!!!!!

Check any firewall rules to make sure the IP of the machine is in the
Trusted zone and not being blocked.
