We are currently using XP Pro and a small local network with 9 computers all
XP Pro. Over the last few years, we have modified permissions for
individual
users and we have added and deleted users as employees were added and
deleted.

My question is.

Is there anyway to print (or list) each active user and what folders/files
they
have permission to access?

This would be helpful to double check that all users are accessing only the
files they are suppose to and it would help if we ever needed to reinstall
the operating system.

Thanks,

Laser

For a list of all users, go to Control Panel > User Accounts. By
default, all users are members of the "Everyone" group.

For a list of all shared folders, run "compmgmt.msc", click Shared
Folders, and click Shares. Click a shared folder in the right pane to
see its permissions.
