I have 3 comps on a network, 2 XPs and a Win98SE. Everything was fine,
I upgraded the Win98 machine to XP but now it can only see the other
2 comps but they can't see it . It can share they're files, print to
the network printer, surf the web..., but can't be seen. What can I do
to fix it?

What happens if you turn off the Windows Firewall (only for the LAN
connection) on the machine in question?

Check the workgroup name,,, The default is MShome, If you didn't
change in in the upgrade maybe it doesn't match your workgroup name...

The name of the Workgroup is irrelevant. Workgroup names do not need to
match to share files and printers. Another great resource for the OP is
to go through this network troubleshooter by MVP Hans-Georg Michna. It
will pinpoint the problem area(s).
