Network Setup Wizard wont Start

My Network Wizard will not start. I've tried accessing
it through the 'Set up a home or small office network',
from the start menu under Communications, and even
through network place. It looks like it might start for
a second then nothing. I noticed that there is a similar
problem posted on Aug 23 by Justin and I've tried
everything that was given as a possible solution. I
still can't get it to work. Does anyone else have any
ideas? I need to change my network information and I'm
stuck. Thanks for any help....

Eric,

if all else fails you could just forget about the wizard and set
things up by hand, which isn't all that difficult.
