Hi,

I have run into a problem on my XP SP2 HE PC. On evey boot up i have to
repair the network connection, the yellow icon appears in my lower righ
hand corner with the other icons, i right click on it and select reapir.

Can anyone assist in getting it to work when the pc boots? As it works
fine after i select repair.

Thanks in advance

James,

Are you rebooting because of a problem? Or are you maybe causing a problem
because of rebooting? How does this computer connect to the network? Are there
other computers connected as peers? When did the problem first start? Maybe do
a little more analysis about the network in general:

This doesn't really sound like a power setting, but check it just in case:

Right now, I'm thinking LSP / Winsock problem. But what's the connection
between that, and the rebooting? And what makes it chronic?
