Network Problem

I have a new pc with no floppy and an old pc that i would like to network.
Since I have no floppy to make a network setup disk how would i go about it?

This file contains the network setup program:

C:\Windows\System32\Netsetup.exe

Write the file to a CD or USB storage device on the new computer, and
run the file on the old computer.

I had the same problem windowsxp suggested using a memory stick to load the
net setup hope this is helpful
