Hello,

I'm sorry, but Windows doesn't have any way to control network access
based on what computer requests it.

If your computer has Windows XP Professional, you can disable simple
file sharing and create access controls, for each shared disk or
folder, based on user accounts. This web page has full details:

Windows XP Professional File Sharing
http://www.practicallynetworked.com/sharing/xp_filesharing/index.htm

If your computer has Windows XP Home Edition, user-based access
control isn't available. You can create a network password for the
Guest account, and anyone who wants to access your computer over the
network will have to give the password. To create a password:

1. Click Start | Run.
2. Type "control userpasswords2" in the box and click OK:
3. Click Guest.
4. Click Reset Password.
5. Type the password in the two boxes.
5. Click OK.

Hi
Steve's solution is generally the best.
However if blocking by computer (and not user account) is a must, you can try assigning
manual IP to the network's computers, and use software Firewall's Trusted Zone to block
the unwanted computers by IPs.
