I have a small peer-to-peer network in an office.
I replaced the router there with a Linksys VPN router.
I put in an identical VPN router in a remote office with 2 PC's.
Main office is 192.168.1.x
Remote office is 192.168.2.x
I can ping computers in the mail office from the remote.
NETBIOS is active on the VPN routers.
I can not browse the main office machines and shared items from the remote
office.
What am I missing?

It sounds to me like you're having a DNS problem. Does your DNS server
know about these computers? Are you DNS settings correct on the clients?

I'm not sure if I can answer that correctly.
Could the Router be acting as the DNS server?
There is no "Server", only a peer-to-peer network which I am trying to
connect via the Linksys Router VPN Tunnel.

I was reading that I need to enable NETBIOS in XP, could that be part of or
all of the problem?
Thanks in advance for your time.
