Network path not found.....when trying to join to a domain

Arrghhh....OK, i can ping from and to the server to each
workstation...this company has an internal ip scheme with
dns entries to an isp.....no dhcp running.....net buei
running with tcp ip......i can see the DC by typing a
search from the workstation..i can even map a drive thru
it......im just not able to join the workstations to the
domain....what am i missing???

thanks in advance for any advice...and or scolding.....for
not seeing the prob.
