network passwords & PPO3 email

i am trying to set up my Yahoo! email accounts in Outlook and i am having issues. i have entered in all of the information correctly, yet when i try to test the settings / connection, i get this pop up dialogue box that tells me to enter in my network password information. i do this, click the box that says "remember password," click "ok," and then the dialogue box pops up again... i repeat the same process, the dialogue box returns, and i am annoyed. so how do i fix this?
