Network password

i seem to be being promted for my network password every
time Outlook sends and recieves, i try to save the
password but it still promts me again with the box
unticked. tick the box and try again and promts again.
It is beginning to drive me nuts, it has interrupted me 3
times while writing this, i know i have it set to check
my inbox every minute, but i shouldn't have to worry
about it as it should save the bloomin password.
it interrupted me again and have had to shut outlook down
before i take a mallet to my computer.
what on earth is going on.
it has always done this to a certain extent but it does
seem to be getting worse.
any help would be welcome.
