Network Neighborhood Icon

I have two machines networked and on one I have the
neighborhood icon, on the admin machine I no longer have
it, how can I get it back?

Go to the Display applet in Control Panel (or right-click an empty area
of the desktop). Choose Desktop and then click the button Customize
Desktop. Check the box next to My Network Places, Apply and OK.
