network issue

Hi,
I have a VPN set up (Router, Draytek to Router) This seems to be running
fine (I have also tried with the Windows VPN but with the same results) and
I can view the router configuration page at the other end of the VPN without
problems. I can also Ping one of the computers but can't get any further
than that. I can't 'see' any other computer in network places and I also
can't get a connection via UNC. I only get 'The network path was not found'
error
Please what can I do as I am stuck now.

Just a quick update,
I can't ping the computer name, only the IP

The same computer was working last week in another office. As far as I know
nothing has changed.
 
......but there is no problem sharing files/folders from within the same
office on the LAN
