Network Help: Tcpclient and Server

I have developed one application Server in VB 6
(IP 192.168.0.2 - Port 995)

I want to develop one application vb.net for smartdevice (S.O. Ce.net)
which must connect whit my Server and send a message.

Please can you help me?
