network drives problem

After joining to Windows SBS 2003 server my XP machines (sp1 & sp2) giving
following problems.

1. It taking too long to start. It waiting longer time in the 'Applying
personal settings' and then start.

2. Because of this we keep the pc's on always, netxt day morning the Cannot
access network drives /
My network places and also If i open My computer it freezing.

Please help.
