Looking for Internet/Network data sniffer/monitor to "capture" the outgoing or
incoming packets. The option of Filter will be helpful.
Thanks

"Ethereal is used by network professionals around the world for troubleshooting, analysis, software and protocol development, and
education. It has all of the standard features you would expect in a protocol analyzer, and several features not seen in any other
product. Its open source license allows talented experts in the networking community to add enhancements. It runs on all popular
computing platforms, including Unix, Linux, and Windows. "

WallWatcher is too much.

There's a lot of talk these days of computers being zombies. Is there
any software that can be set up to quickly identify if a particular
computer is a zombie? I'm thinking of something that is easy to use for
the not-so-knowledgeable.

WallWatcher is too much. Thank you.
I need the utility to show me the incoming and outgoing data to/from our host.

The contents of the data or just the fact that there is some kind
of a connection ?
In the latter case, you could do with TCPview from
sysinternals.com

I just want to see the data (incoming/outgoing). TCPview or TDImon as I know
can't show me the packets. May be TDImon Pro .
