network connection problem

I have a connection with two 2k pro. and one xp pro. We
can access both pro. from xp, and pro. to pro. both side.
But any pro. to xp, no connection. pinging is ok, showing
xp computer name under neighbourhood, when accessing this
xp computer, a message "logon failure: user account
restriction" come. When trying to access xp computer from
command prompt, the same error repeated by an error code
1327. What to do for this problem?
 
I have the same problem, a W2K can't access an XP. So far
I have enabled the guest account on the XP, which will
change the message on the W2K to "the user has not been
granted the requested logon type at this computer". I
think this is progress. I believe there is some security
setting on the XP that needs to be adjusted.
