Error Message below appeared when I tried to enable my
computer's Firewall. It states: An error occured while
Internet Connection Sharing was being enabled. The
dependency service or group failed to start.
Please Help

Please list, click by click, exactly how your are trying to enable ICF.
From the error message, it sounds like you're actually trying to enable
ICS by mistake, but without any details, helping you is going to be a
