network connection and upgrade

Does anypne know if i can make a network connection
between a win 95 pc and XP. also i will like to know if i
can upgrade the win 95 to Xp or does it have to win 98
first?I will appreciate an answer asap.

Yes you can network both devices as long as both machines have lan card
and working drivers.

Re upgrade strategy ... check www.microsoft.com/windows for details of
their product upgrade policies, and ensure to check the hardware is capable.
