Network client error

I found this error in the FBA log

c:\WINDOWS\inf\netmscli.inf -c c -i MS_MSCLIENT (ExitCode: 0x4a020)

it seems that protocols are OK but not the network capability.
At FBA end, my system runs and so protocols: TCP/IP config is set from DHCP
and is able to ping the subnet, but network can't be explored.
What is the meaning of the exit code 4a020?

ExitCode: 0x4a020
This error indicates that the network protocol was already installed and FBA attempted to initialize it again. This error can be
ignored.
