Running XP pro my network card says its running 10.mps.
Although, my network card is a Nat. Semiconductor Corp
10/100. How can I ram it up to 100 mps?

Depends what it's plugged into.
It's probably auto-negotiating 10Mbit with whatever
is on the other end of the wire.
( 10Mbit hub, or cable modem, perhaps? )

If the auto-detect is getting it wrong, ( and you're 100% certain of this ),
then you can usually force it from within the driver.

Network Connections Folder | R-click LAN connection | Properties.
'Connect Using:' shows your LAN card.
Click 'Configure...'
In the LAN card properties, -> Advanced tab.
Look for the Link Speed and Duplex settings.
Exact options here depends on the LAN card driver.
