Network Binding

How can i change the order of the connections listed in
the advanced settings menu of the "Network and Dial-Up"
connections using Scripting?

I'm afraid I haven't done any scripting of that sort. However, two places
you could try asking are:

microsoft.public.win2000.cmdprompt.admin; and
microsoft.public.scripting.wsh

There are some great people who hang out in those groups.
