I have a network attached storage drive and can not get my photos to run from
the "My Photos" screensaver. I can view them from both machines on the
network, but screensaver won't recognize. Any way to get around this?

Hi
Did you try to map the NAS. If it doesn't not work it probably a limitation
of the Screen Saver application.
Jack (MVP-Networking).

Yes, I mapped a drive, but to no avail. But when I used the NAS as a USB
drive and shared it, it worked fine. I'm just wondering if there may a user's
rights thing or some kind of networking thing going on. On one of the
machines I get a "Guest Login" prompt, and none of the passwords I have used
works.

Does this NAS use NTFS, or FAT? Does it provide NTFS permissioning? Not all
do.

If you're getting a Guest login prompt, you need to enable Guest for network
access.

An NAS drive isn't a server though.
