I need an aplication that will show me what applications are accessing the
internet and how much bandwidth they are taking up.

The reason is that I think that there is some sort of spyware or virus,
that cannot be detected by my antivirus and antispyware....

Any recomendations?

I use Tcpview, http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/TcpView.html
It will show applications and their connections, just not the
bandwidth each uses.

Note: for a spyware check right click on the connection and view the
process properties.
