Hello.

I've trying to open the Netscape My Mail page for about 5 days from a IE6/XP
browser with no success.
I can sign on with no problem to the My Netscape page but when I click the
My Mail link, all I'm getting is a blank page with the screenservice.aol.com
address: any ideas/settings to change?

Thanks.

Steffo

It doesn't open from my PC.
Do you know any settings I should change (besides the cookies, which are
enabled)?
Thanks,
Steffo

works with IE but Not Mozilla nor Netscape 7.2

It doesn't open from my PC.
Do you know any settings I should change (besides the cookies, which are
enabled)?
Thanks,
Steffo

My mozilla now Works

I fixed it this way
Went to http://www.netscape.com

Clicked on tools /cookie Manager and then choose ALLOW COOKIES for this
Site

Clicked on MAIL
Then Next webpage gave me the JAVA SCRIPT and COOKIES ERROR

on this WEB SITE Click Ob TOOLS / CookieManager and choose ALLOW
COOKIES FROM THIS SITE

Now hit the BACK button

Then Click MAIL and all should be WELL ( WEBMAIL COMES UP)

I'm using IE6/XP SP2 with cookies enabled, I can log on My Netscape page but
I can't get to the My Mail page: sometimes it says "this page contains no
data", sometimes it stays blank, sometimes "this page cannot be displayed".
Any ideas? Any settings I can check?
Thanks.

The original poster Thought he had a Windows problem. while using

Hello Andrew, please don't get upset.
I'm using Windows XPSP2 and I'm having a problem loggin in Netscape webmail.
As you can read in my other posts, I'm just asking the experts of this
newsgroup which settings should I check to troubleshoot my problem.
Cookies, Active X and Java are enabled, HOSTS file is empty.
Do you know what else I could do before getting another email server?
Thanks.
