Netmeeting

Netmeeting will not execute, I type in to start
run "conf" and hit enter, the splash window pops up for a
split second and vanishes. I treid reinstalling NM30.exe
but on XP Pro it tells me that is not the correct
version. Is there a correct version for XP Pro Netmeeting?
