Netmeeting under Windwos XP

Does anybody if Netmeeting can still be used under Windows XP?
When I tried to install Netmeeting 3.01 on a Windows XP-system
I got an error-message stating that this is not possible.

yes, netmeeting is built in to xp, go to start button, run, type conf,
press enter.
