Netmeeting Server Setup

I am trying to setup Netmeeting on a Win2k Advanced
Server. What type of configurations need to be made for
this server to be the Netmeeting server?
Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Where do I find the Site Server ILS Component? Is this
on the Resource Kit CD or can I download it elsewhere?
