Hi there,
since I have moved to XP, this is the first time I want to use Netmeeting.
How do I "call" it in XP.

The help says that it is under Access | Comm
I had a look there - nothing. I then cliked on a link under help which says
I must click it to run the wizard, whicj I did and got to NetMeeting.
I have rebooted and Netmeeting wasn't under Communications.

Can someone please help me out with the RUN-command or shortcut, if there
is any, to load netmeeting.

Thanx again,
Deon

Thanx! Why, do you think, do I not see it under Communications?

Because Microsoft didn't put that short-cut icon there. You can add
one, though. Or put it anywhere you want.

Hi again,
how do I add the item to my Acc menu? It doesn't want to take conf as a
command.

Deon

You have to browse to it. The wizard is too stupid to look it up in the registry (which is how Start Run finds it). It's in a folder called Netrmeeting in Program Files.

Right mouse click on Start button
Press Open
Navigate down to Programs/Accessories/...(to wherever you want to go)
Menu: File/New/Shortcut ... inser call to conf.exe
