Is there a version of Netmeeting that will run on Windows
XP, or an equivalent Microsoft product that will run on
Windows XP Home edition?

Netmeeting is already included with XP. Go Start | Run and type in conf and
hit Enter :-)

Netmeeting is already installed. Go to Start -> Run -> and type conf

You will have to add an icon in your start menue if you prefer to point
and click.
