Netmeeting and Display problems after SP3

I have had the wonderful pleasure of having Netmeeting
hanging my windows with blue screen and then the system
reboots itself. Also after the install when I close the
lid on my notebook the display will not comeback forcing a
shutdown is the only way to recover. All this occured
after the SP3 installation. The exact same happened to a
colleagues exact same model notebook also. Looking for
some answers to help
 
Have you tried the Notebook manufacturer? Perhaps one of their drivers
is not compatible with service pack 3?
