NetBT Event ID: 4321 appear in Event Viewer

I got it with this description:

The name "MSHOME :1d" could not registered on the Interface with
Ip address: xxx.xxx.x.101. The Machine with the IP address
xxx.xxx.x.102 did not allow the name to this machine.

At this point I unable to browse the web unless I reboot my XP
Machine. I could not find it on Search KB. Any help could be
appreciate. TIA.
