netbeui protocol and dial-up in Win XP

To all,

I have several Win XP portable systems which must be able to use dial up to
connect to the office. I have been told that we can only support netbeui
for dial up. I have installed the netbeui protocol, however, whenever I try
to dial in with these systems, it seems that the only protocol available is
TCP/IP. How can I "bind" netbeui to the dial up adapter?

Unfortunately, I don't think that's possible. You cannot
bind NetBEUI to dialup networking. RAS connections cannot
use NetBEUI, and it isn't supported in Windows XP.
