Net Send

I can't get NET SEND command line util to work with a
default out-of-the-box XP Pro install. No firewall, and
messenger service is on. Any ideas on how to
troubleshoot this?

The error is "the message alias could not be found on the
network". I can ping the XP workstation on the network,
but can't NET SEND....
