Net send notifications Event Viewer messages

Hi,

We have several servers running Windows 2000 and 2003.

On occasion some of the servers log errors and warning in the Event viewer.

Since we don't always check periodically the event viewer of each machine we
would like to implement a notification system that would immediately send a
"net send" message to the administrator for each error and warning logged
into the server's event viewer.

I'd like to know what is the simpliest way to implement this on the platform
mentioned above?
